それを海外に飛ばす、プロビデンス社の1000億円に
のぼる巨額損失を隠蔽するために組成されたスキー
ムにマツオ製作所の松尾亘社長は巻き込まれていき
ます。

資金繰りに窮したマツオ製作所を救ったのは、マツ
オ製作所に5000万円投資したメディカルファンドの
副島剛、松尾社長の熱意に惚れたと上手く騙し、株
主間協定書にサインさせます。悲劇はそこから始ま
]ります。

突然の社長解任、父親から譲り受けた会社をどうし
ても諦めきれない、従業員を守るために松尾は真相
を探るためために独自に動き出します。

巧妙な損失処理スキーム、そして明るみに出た時の
影響を考えると監査法人も忖度せざる得ない状況に、
何十年も隠蔽された完璧なスキームは暴かれるのか。

企業小説の醍醐味と登場人物の感情が細かく描かれ
ています。

副島剛の意外な過去が明らかになり物語をより一層
面白くしています。

こういう損失処理はバブルの時期に無謀な投資をし
た企業にありがちで、実際にもあり得そうで、とて
も面白かったです。
